Provide stakeholder management services to assist with the successful delivery of projects in line with the stakeholder expectations.
Consultant’s primary mandate is to assist the project management team in doing what’s necessary to develop and control relationships with all stakeholders that the project impacts.
Manage engagement with one (or possibly more depending on the scale of the project) project stakeholders across local authorities, Central Government, statutory and non-statutory bodies (including environment & technical organizations), industry & business, land & property, communities and other parties to establish strong working relationships.
Development and successful delivery of stakeholder engagement plans in accordance with stakeholder engagement strategy.

Together with the Client, manage stakeholder mapping and ensure effective communications to address stakeholder concerns and enquiries.
Work collaboratively with other Clients to unlock any potential conflict with stakeholders that may have impact on the delivery of the project plans/goals.
NTSU will engage with the political local authorities to introduce project and activities to be performed in various communities deemed politically sensitive.
NTSU will assist the Client’s Project Manager to laisse with local authorities to ensure buy in, in order to minimize disruptions or interference during/towards the completion of project.
Engage ward councilors in sourcing local labor and with job creation.
