NTSU specializes in providing hands on support and managing projects on behalf of its Clients,
ensuring accountability and governance from initiation up to closure. The main aim, being oversight
on the triple constraint, contributing to project completion within Scope, on Time and within Budget
NTSU Service model is set to support other SME’s requiring this service and allowing them to do what they know best furthermore growing there EPMO capacity.
