- Project life cycle management.
- Develop Project kick off deliverables, e.g. SoW and Charter.
- Ensure specifications, SOW and contracts are detailed and concluded.
- Set up weekly works order meetings to track and firm up target dates, including Gantt charts.
- Organizing the various professional people working on the project.
- Managing risk (Identification, Analyze and Mitigation) and escalation Management.
- Making sure the quality standards are met.
- Using IT systems to keep track of people, progress & resources.
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- Project Financial Management, Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing (Business Case and Budget management), financial forecasting and process as per Finance Systems i.e. SAP.
- Project Governance and Reporting – Operational Weekly , Monthly Sponsor or Steering Committee and As and When required.
- Document Management - Milestone sign offs up to As built documentation and file repository .
- Enterprise Development – EPMO Development for subcontractors.
